Unlike many other commercial loan brokers or direct banks, Elevation does not charge any upfront fees and our fee is about half of what other brokers charge and is only paid if, and when the loan closes. This provides a way for borrowers to search the market for the most beneficial rates, terms, and loan options at no risk.
